The company responsible for processing your data is ABSER TECHNOLOGIES S.L, a Spanish company with registered office at Calle Igeltzera 6, 2 Izquierda, Urduliz, 48610, Bizkaia, tax ID B84279249, entered in the Commercial Registry (hereinafter, “ABSER-T”).
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), this Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the service made available by ABSER-T to the internet user (hereinafter, the “User”) interested in the services (hereinafter, the “Services”) and content (hereinafter, the “Content”) hosted on the ABSER-T websites (hereinafter, the “Websites”).

2. On what grounds is ABSER-T entitled to process your data?
The User data collected through the online registration forms available on the Websites is collected by ABSER-T in order to provide the Services offered through each Website.
In accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and its implementing rules, ABSER-T, as owner of the Websites, informs the User of the existence of an automated file of personal data, duly registered with the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency and created by ABSER-T under its responsibility.
3. For what purposes does ABSER-T process your personal data?
a. Processing of personal data by ABSER-T
The personal data collected by ABSER-T may be used for the following purposes:
- Providing the services offered on the Website.
- Sending Users commercial communications by post, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, instant messaging or other equivalent means of communication relating to the services of ABSER-T, provided that the User has consented to this purpose of processing personal data.
The User also consents to the processing of their data for profiling purposes and for the segmentation of their data. Those processing activities may be aimed both at analysing and producing statistics on the traffic and use of the Website by Users, and at determining their tastes and preferences in order to send them promotional information matching their interests.

- Legislative: lawyers, legal and judicial services.
- Consumer goods: food, fashion and decoration, health and beauty, textiles, home, health, beauty and personal care, office supplies, motoring, household cleaning products, furniture, optics and audiology.
- Leisure: tourism, publishing, toys, collecting, sports, hobbies, communication, entertainment, tourism, decoration and interior design, gardening, photography, imaging and sound.
- Telecommunications: telecommunications, technology and internet products and services.
- Motoring: products and services relating to cars, motorcycles and lorries.
- NGOs: products and services relating to NGOs.
- Jewellery and precious stones: products and services relating to jewellery, costume jewellery and precious stones.
- Energy and water: products relating to electricity, hydrocarbons, gas and water.
- Education: products and services relating to education, textbooks, school or training materials, offers on classroom and distance courses, and so on.
c. Transfers of data to third-party companies
If you have given your free, informed, specific and unambiguous consent, your data may be transferred to companies in the sectors listed and detailed in point b).
The purpose of the transfer is for those companies to send you, by post, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, instant messaging or other equivalent means of communication, information and commercial communications that may be of interest to you.
d. Commercial segmentation
If you consent to it, ABSER-T may carry out commercial segmentation based on the information you provide (age, gender, stated habits, interests and so on) and on your interaction with our communications, in order to adapt and personalise the advertising content you receive to your preferences.

You may object to segmentation or withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.
e. Fraud prevention
To disclose data to third parties for fraud prevention purposes. This use includes verifying name, surname, postal address, email and age data for identity verification, fraud prevention or compliance with anti-money laundering rules.
4. Accuracy of the data
The User warrants that the personal data provided is accurate and is responsible for notifying ABSER-T of any change to it. The User is liable for the accuracy of the data provided, and ABSER-T reserves the right to exclude from its registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other action available at law.
Users are advised to take the utmost care over data protection by using security tools; ABSER-T cannot be held liable for unlawful theft, alteration or loss of data.
5. Data retention
The personal data provided will be kept by ABSER-T for as long as the User does not express their wish to unsubscribe from the services of ABSER-T, for the purpose of receiving information about the company products.
6. User rights regarding their data
The User has the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as to (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, (iii) request its erasure, (iv) request the restriction of the processing of their data, (v) object to the processing of their data, (vi) exercise the right to be forgotten and (vii) request data portability.
To exercise these rights, the User must prove their identity to ABSER-T by sending a photocopy of their national ID document or any other means valid at law.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the legislation, or if their request to exercise their rights has not been satisfied.
The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged will inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
7. Data security
Protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers and visitors is very important to ABSER-T. ABSER-T therefore does everything in its power to prevent your data from being used improperly. Only authorised staff can access your data.
ABSER-T maintains the levels of personal data protection security required by the applicable legislation and has put in place every technical measure available to it to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data the User provides through the Websites, while making clear that security measures on the internet are not impregnable.
ABSER-T undertakes to comply with its duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, and to give it secure treatment in any transfers of data, including international transfers, that may take place.

9. Acceptance and consent

10. International data transfers
At present no international transfers of personal data are made to third countries or to international organisations. All processing takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Should an international transfer be planned in the future, users will be informed beforehand and this policy will be updated to state:
- The recipient countries;
- The applicable safeguards (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or other valid mechanisms);
- The date the transfer takes effect. The transfer will also be assessed and, where appropriate, notified to the AEPD in accordance with article 49 GDPR.
