1. Which company is responsible for processing your data?

The company responsible for processing your data is Abser Technologies S.L. (hereinafter “ABSER”), of Spanish nationality, with registered office at Igeltzera 6, 2 Izquierda. 48610 Urduliz, Bizkaia, with N.I.F. B84279249.

This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of ABSER’s service by making available to the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) interested in the services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) and content (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) hosted on ABSER’s websites (hereinafter referred to as the “Websites”).

2. Why is ABSER entitled to process data?

The User data collected through the online registration forms available on the Websites is collected by ABSER in order to provide the Services offered through each Website.

Energy and Water: Products related to Electricity, Hydrocarbons, Gas and Water.
Training: products and services related to the educational field, textbooks, school or training material, offers on face-to-face and distance courses, etc.

c. Transfer of data to third companies

Your data may be transferred to companies related to the sectors listed and detailed in point b).

The purpose of the transfer will be the sending, by letter, telephone, e-mail, SMS/MMS, instant messaging or other equivalent means of communication by these companies of information and commercial communications that may be of interest.

6. User rights in relation to your data

The User has the right to (i) access his/her personal data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, (iii) request their deletion, (iv) request the limitation of the processing of his/her data, (v) oppose the processing of his/her data, (vi) exercise the right to the deletion of his/her data and (vii) request their portability.
To exercise these rights, the User must prove his or her identity to ABSER by sending a photocopy of his or her National Identity Document or any other legally valid means.

without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he has his habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged breach, if he considers that the processing of his personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, and if he is not satisfied with the exercise of his rights.
The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
