2. Why is ABSER entitled to process data?
The User data collected through the online registration forms available on the Websites is collected by ABSER in order to provide the Services offered through each Website.
In accordance with applicable privacy laws and their implementing regulations, ABSER, the owner of the Websites, informs Users of the existence of an automated personal data file, duly registered with the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, created by ABSER under its responsibility.

The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
